What is In Vitro Fertilization?
When a female has blocked fallopian tubes or none at all or where a man has a sperm count under normal levels in vitro fertilization offers a way to have a biological baby. This is done by the surgical removal of the female’s eggs which are placed into a special dish and mixed with the sperm.
Once the correct amount of time has passed the eggs are checked to see if they have become embryos and if they have, they are then placed into the females uterus where they are them allowed to grow.
